Através de folhas de papel furadas, manchas de tinta negra passam para camadas inferiores formando depósitos subterrâneos. Os furos na superfície funcionam como canais entre cada camada de papel e organizam-se numa grelha cada vez mais desregulada. Deste grupo de desenhos salienta-se em parte o caráter construtivo e material pela densidade da tinta, da superfície furada e transparente, do efeito do líquido no papel e também pela oposição entre imagem e objeto. A grelha remete mais uma vez para um efeito de suporte de linguagem, reminiscente de códigos e gráficos notacionais, também como contraponto de processos menos controlados como o derrame de tinta.

Through holes in the sheets of paper, black stains pass to lower layers, forming underground liquid surfaces. The holes on the surface work as channels between each layer of paper and are organized in an increasingly unregulated grid. This group of drawings shows the constructive and material quality by the density of the ink, the pierced and transparent surface, the effect of the liquid on paper, and also by the opposition between picture and object. Once again, the grid refers to a visual effect related to language, relative to codes and notations, and also as a contrast to less controlled situations such as the ink spilled through the paper. (I)
